Mexican Lasagna

Seriously, you need to try this. We use our fake Chik'n but I'm sure it's tasty with real chicken too. Here is the recipe.

Super delicious! Followed this up with a viewing of The Big Lebowski, streaming HD from NetFlix. Unfortunately their bandwidth was pretty zapped so we had quite a number of interruptions. Ryan's homemade popcorn was good though!
