Vegetable Paella 2

We first found this dish sometime last year and it's still to-die for, especially with the Farmer's Market in full swing. While they moved locations, more produce vendors have come and I nearly found everything on my list before hitting the grocery store for the rest.

Unfortunately, being the beautiful evening it was, we ate on the patio and became dinner for the Aggressive Late Spring Texas Mosquito (ALSTM). Even more unfortunately is that there was this allergic reaction to it all, blah blah blah, more annoyance than anything and I'm getting back to normal. At least the meal and company was fantastic!

I also found a cute picture of Isaac digging into some popcorn on a recent Saturday night. He looks like Santa Claus in the middle of a snowstorm!

Marge Update: Our composter, Large Marge, is busily chomping away at the goods I give her every day...for a while it was hot and steamy in there, then full of larva, then steamy again, then kind of nothing going on. I added some more newspaper to give her some carbon; I've been heavy on the fruits/veggie scraps and probably need some greenery in there too.

I do need shout out about one of my favorite movies so far this year (you can tell I watched some Wendy Williams the other day - I can't follow conversations at all - she talks like a hairdresser!) - we saw "Exit Through the Gift Shop" last night and it was fantastic! Check it out...
