I call it "Chik'n" because it's not real Chicken, but the fantastic Quorn product! This was the first time I tried the "Naked Cutlets" but I treated them just like Chicken, breaded them up, fried them, and baked them with my own homemade sauce. They actually fried BETTER than real chicken and overall it was delish!
